Process of Purchase & Payments of Executive Condominiums

EC buyers have to obtain mortgage loans from banks or financial institutions since HDB does not provide housing loans for the purchase of EC. When taking a bank loan, the maximum loan they can obtain is 80% of the purchase price of the EC unit.

Notice of Vacant Possession (TOP) 25%
On Completion Date 15%
